These solutions would allow for improved passenger’s digital experience through membership and loyalty programs within MRT mobile apps and enhanced security, providing more pleasant trips for passengers. In addition, passenger traffic analysis will present new data monetization opportunities, a potential revenue stream for MRT Jakarta.

We offer a biometric system using facial recognition for optimized membership and loyalty programs that can be integrated to MRT’s mobile app. Face Recognition could also enhance security in public transport. Face Recognition has been widely use in major city such as Dubai to track passengers and identify suspicious and wanted people. Face Demography would allow for heat-map and tracking of passengers activity, this data is a valuable source of information for MRT Jakarta to be monetized such as for optimized advertising, etc.
